The brief
Reduce dependence on paid ads and make the website a reliable source of real-estate leads.
Republik Real Estate relied heavily on paid campaigns. When advertising stopped, leads quickly slowed down. Organic traffic was limited, and the existing site was not turning enough visitors into enquiries.
I combined SEO copywriting, on-page optimization, local content, UI/UX recommendations, and ongoing CRO reviews to improve both discovery and conversion.
The problem
Paid campaigns created demand, but the website did not retain it.
Traffic disappeared with the budget
Lead flow was closely tied to advertising spend, making acquisition difficult to sustain when campaigns paused.
Search coverage was thin
Service pages, blog content, and location-specific pages were not fully aligned with the searches local buyers and renters used.
The site needed clearer conversion paths
Navigation, mobile presentation, calls to action, and trust signals needed to make the next step easier for prospective clients.
The approach
Search-focused copy supported by practical UX improvements.
Researched target queries and improved service pages, supporting articles, and location content around the needs of local buyers, renters, and property owners.
Improved titles, descriptions, internal links, and page structure to help search engines understand the site and guide visitors toward relevant information.
Recommended simpler navigation, stronger mobile behavior, clearer calls to action, and quarterly reviews based on user behavior and client feedback.
Evidence 01
Trust was brought closer to the decision point.
A compact credibility section showed recognizable client brands and helped support the site’s conversion journey.
Evidence 02
Customer feedback became visible proof, not hidden reassurance.
Testimonials were placed within the site experience to help new visitors understand the service quality before making contact.
The outcome
Organic search became the primary reported source of leads.
The source case study does not provide a full analytics export or a fixed reporting window, so the page keeps the outcome focused on the claims that were documented rather than adding unsupported precision.
A small case study, but a useful one: clearer content, stronger trust, and better conversion paths helped organic search replace a meaningful share of paid acquisition.
